I’m having trouble with the My Age Care Process. Can you help me?

Intrinsic Care is here to help. Knowing what steps you need to undertake can be overwhelming. We can assist you in the initial contact stages with My Aged Care and provide you with the confidence that you need to navigate and explain how it works to get services set up.

What if I already have a Home Care Package?

That’s okay. Just nominate Intrinsic Care, so we can work with your existing provider to ensure your choice and flexibility is in line with Consumer Directed Care.

What if I don’t have a Homecare Package?

That's ok too. If you are in the process of waiting for an Aged Care Assessment (ACAS) or Regional Assessment Service (RAS), or if you don’t have a Home Care Package and are wanting services set up privately, you can still use Intrinsic Care. Many clients pay out of pocket for services.

I am an NDIS participant and want support?

Intrinsic Care is a Non-Registered NDIS provider. So Self/Plan Managed NDIS participants can use our service with ease.

How can I start with Intrinsic Care?

How will I know if Intrinsic Care is the right fit for me?

Intrinsic Care is happy to arrange an initial ‘Meet and Greet’ to ensure all parties are happy before proceeding.

What happens when I proceed with Intrinsic Care?

We will perform an assessment to collect information that ensures you get the right service to guide your independence.
